Account details and billing controls are intentionally kept separate from your training screens.
View your account
Open Profile to review your saved account information. Use the dedicated edit action before changing profile details or unit preferences; saved information is shown read-only when you are not editing.
Check your subscription
Open Profile → Subscription to see the plan currently recognised by STRV. Available plans, prices, and trial terms are shown before purchase and may vary by App Store region.
Purchases made in the iOS app are billed to your Apple ID. STRV does not receive or store your full card details.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstall STRV or use another iPhone with the same Apple ID, open Subscription and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same STRV account and Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If a restored entitlement does not appear immediately:
- Confirm the App Store purchase is active.
- Check your internet connection.
- Return to the Subscription screen and refresh or restore again.
- Contact support@strv.fit with your STRV account email. Do not send card details or passwords.
Change or cancel a plan
Apple manages iOS subscription renewals, payment methods, invoices, and cancellations. Open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, select STRV, and follow Apple’s controls. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period shown by Apple.
Deleting the STRV app or signing out does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Password and sign-in help
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to request a secure reset link. Open the newest reset email on the device where STRV is installed and choose a new password you do not reuse elsewhere.
STRV support will never ask for your password, Apple ID password, or full payment-card number.
Signing out and account deletion
Signing out removes the active STRV session from that device. It does not cancel subscriptions or delete the account. If an account-deletion option is available in your version of STRV, read its confirmation carefully: deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and may be irreversible.
